In our operations, we produce and serve healthy and hygienic food in accordance with food safety laws and hygiene standards throughout procurement, storage, preparation, and presentation stages.
In order to comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, we define information assets, identify risks, and implement control measures through a risk management methodology established for our facility, guests, and suppliers. We ensure the confidentiality of guest information, compliance with standards and legal regulations, allocation and continuity of resources for hardware, software, training, and controls to reduce information security risks, awareness and training of all employees and business partners to ensure ISMS participation and compliance, and continuous monitoring, auditing, review, and improvement of the system.
We continuously improve all our processes and follow the latest technologies to minimize risks that may endanger the health and safety of guests, employees, suppliers, and third parties and to prevent occupational accidents.

With the awareness and responsibility that comes from being one of the leading establishments in tourism in our region, we aim to recognize all our guests as equals, including children and vulnerable groups, and to fully comply with all human rights and children’s rights requirements. We act with the awareness that women, children, the elderly, disabled, and individuals with special needs are groups that must be protected and respected. We recognize every child as an individual, respect their rights to life, development, and protection, and safeguard them against all forms of psychological, physical, commercial, and other exploitation. We act with awareness that vulnerable groups and children must be kept away from any approach or abuse that may have negative physiological or psychological effects, and ensure sensitivity in all communications. Within the facility, we provide environments and opportunities that contribute to children’s development, where they can freely express their thoughts, wishes, and feelings, and feel safe and comfortable.
We provide regular training to all personnel to ensure they are informed about the protection of vulnerable groups and children’s rights and promote their continuous development. We take all necessary legal and administrative measures within the framework of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the social state principles in our Constitution, improve all necessary conditions, and support the active and happy participation of children in life. We ensure that children are under adult supervision during activities, report any suspicious actions regarding children to hotel management first, and inform law enforcement if necessary.

Housing Usage
Employee housing at Side Sun Hotels is available for all personnel who wish to benefit from this right.
Equality
Our company and hotel include people of different religions, languages, and races, both as guests and personnel. Our fundamental principle is that no one shall be subjected to discrimination based on gender, religion, language, or race. This topic is also explained in orientation training provided by the HR department to ensure that employees adopt it. Furthermore, employee rights and the importance of this issue are emphasized during HR-led orientation training.
Employee Transportation
We provide free transportation for our personnel working in different shifts using our company shuttles. The shuttle schedule is arranged according to working hours.
Employee Cafeteria
All meals served in the employee cafeteria are free for our staff. Menus are prepared in 14-day cycles, including at least 3 main dishes, salad options, and desserts/fruits.
Employee Health
Our hotel has an on-site infirmary for our employees. They can receive free support from the company physician.
Supplementary health insurance is also provided for managers through various private hospitals.
Laundry Services
All employees’ uniforms and any work-related clothing are washed and delivered sterile free of charge.
Training
We provide internal and external training according to our annual training plans. These trainings aim to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
Types of training include: Orientation training, On-the-job training, Occupational health and safety, First aid, Fire safety, Environmental protection, Energy efficiency and savings, Management systems, Personal development, Hygiene and food safety, Sustainable tourism.
Career Management
We offer internship opportunities for tourism students to gain work experience. We support our employees with training and career management programs. Our goal is to train employees as much as possible and fill needed positions internally.
Employee Suggestions and Feedback
A Staff Satisfaction Survey is conducted to evaluate employees’ suggestions and opinions. Results are carefully analyzed, and necessary improvements are planned.
Events
At the end of each year, a “Staff Night” is organized for all employees and their spouses to relax and socialize.
Each month, the “Employee of the Month” is selected and rewarded.
Employees with birthdays each month have a birthday celebration with a party and cake.
